I've combined my passion for design, music and photography with my desire to teach to become a highly sought after instructional designer, developer, facilitator. I spend my time creating learning solutions that are not only visually appealing, but effective at achieving not only the student's goals, but the organization's business goals as well.

I call myself an accidental instructional designer. Getting into training by accident, I've been a successful instructional designer for almost 20 years. Several years ago, I started my own eLearning design and development company and haven't looked back. Somewhere during my journey as an instructional designer, I realized that I had something to offer to companies looking for eLearning and my fellow eLearning designers.
