In 2014 while I was completing my master's degree in Instructional Design & Technology, we were given Adobe Captivate to complete a final project. There was minimal training on how to use the software. So I went to my goto resource, YouTube. There I discovered Paul Wilson. For the past six years, I've been using Paul's tutorials when I come across a problem I can't solve. His knowledge on all things Captivate is awe-inspiring. His creativity never ceases to amaze me. On Monday's Paul does an eLearning Livestream on YouTube. I make sure to have that time blocked on my calendar. If I'm in the car, I listen while I'm driving and if I can't watch or listen (which is very rare), I catch the replay. Recently, I had the opportunity to do a one-on-one training session with Paul. At the end of our meeting, my mind was whirling with all that I had just learned. For anyone looking to gain a better understanding of Captivate or you need a course, I highly recommend Paul. Trust me when I say, you won't be disappointed!

I started working with Captivate a year ago and found myself referencing Paul’s YouTube videos daily.  They were so helpful that I reached out to Paul to see if he would be interested in providing face to face training to our entire team.  We all had different levels of experience from myself who had been using Captivate for a year, to others who had never even heard of Captivate.  With Paul’s organization and exercise materials, he was able to keep all the different levels engaged.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul Wilson. I sought him out based on his exceptional Captivate instructional videos on YouTube. I had a very detailed and robust interactive activity in Captivate and I was struggling with the advanced actions to achieve the desired design. I contacted Paul for help. I was amazed not only by his knowledge of Captivate but also his responsiveness and willingness to educate. He created a very extensive series of advanced actions in less than a day. He responded to my request for help in an hour.
His knowledge and experience with Captivate is astounding and his customer service is off the charts. I will absolutely use his services again as well as refer him to friends and colleagues.

One of my international customers required that I convert my instructor led training to eLearning. After some research, I decided on Adobe Captivate. Unfortunately, I had no knowledge on how to use it. A little more research brought me to Paul Wilson's YouTube tutorials. I reached out to him and he was able to provide me one-on-one instruction. He taught me the basics right up to advanced actions. This was no easy task as there was a language barrier between us. I now have extended the knowledge received from Paul to benefit many other customers as well. Paul made himself available and provided great customer service. I'm very happy to recommend him.

I recently moved into a role where E-learning will become a key part of our delivery offering. My knowledge of captivate was limited at best. While searching for solutions to my problems online, I came across Paul's tutorials via YouTube. Having been working in education for a number of years, I can only say that Paul's clarity and patience when providing video guides is truly captivating (excuse the pun).

Having watched all of Paul's videos, I reached out and contacted him with a question to help me solve a different problem not covered on his YouTube channel – his communication was quick and his willingness to help others in a short space of time was a pleasant surprise. As such, he posted the solution online to share with everyone who may have the same problem or wish to use it. During this, what impressed me more than his willingness to support others around the world, was the speed and standard to which he was able to create the solution.
